Returns
We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a valid return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, stains, damage, odor, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds
Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status and approval of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary by bank, credit card company, or payment provider. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by dedrealewis.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. Please send your return using a trackable shipping service so you can confirm delivery to our facility.

We will review your case quickly and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, full refund, or prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
